Professional Profile
Relationships, both with ourselves and with those around us, are at the heart of my therapeutic work. Within these relationships, people share an emotional space that can bring closeness, fulfilment, and connection, while also giving rise to conflict, challenges, and emotional pain. Therapy provides a safe and supportive environment where we can take time to explore what each person contributes to the relationship, encouraging deeper understanding, stronger communication, and a more meaningful emotional connection.
I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy for individuals and couples, offering both in-person and online sessions. My approach is founded on the belief that lasting change comes from gaining insight into the unconscious and emotional patterns that influence our relationships, behaviours, and inner emotional lives.
Areas I work with:
- Relationship difficulties
- Communication problems
- Arguments and disagreements
- Feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed
- Becoming parents and parenting challenges
- Anxiety, low selfesteem
- Other major life events
Training and Qualifications
I trained at the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships, where I completed a BACPaccredited clinical qualification in Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I currently work there as a visiting clinician.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I completed an MA in Applied Linguistics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology. I also gained extensive experience working in business and education.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Tavistock Relationships Association for Psychotherapists and Counsellors (TRAPC), and I practise in accordance with their ethical and professional standards.
