How do I make an appointment?

We are a collective of practitioners with a range specialties - please look at our 'Meet The Team' page and browse through the profiles of all our practitioners. Within each profile there is an email address and phone number so that you may contact the practitioner directly to arrange an initial consultation.

How much does it cost?

Fees range between £50 to £120. You can find each practitioner's fees listed under their profile.

Discretionary reductions are available by negotiation.

Payment is by cash, cheque or bank transfer at the end of a session or in advance as a block by negotiation.

Invoices / receipts can be supplied on request

How many sessions do I need?

This will depend on the nature of the work and can be discussed in an initial consultation - some practitioners work on a short-term basis and others have an open ended approach.

Ongoing weekly sessions are 50 minutes.

Some practitioners offer a 75 to 90 minute initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy

It is standard practice for therapists to charge for cancellations or missed sessions. The therapists working at the ELRT will inform you of their cancellation policy during your initial consultation.

Confidentiality

All therapists at the ELRT follow BACP, UKCP and/or COSRT Code of Ethics

Your discussions with your therapist, and any notes they keep, will not be disclosed to any other person without your consent.

All therapists have clinical supervision as a professional requirement.
