Couple and Individual Psychotherapist
Professional Profile
I am an Individual and Couple Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, working with a wide range of issues including communication difficulties, intimacy concerns, trust and betrayal, life transitions, and parenting challenges.
I have a particular interest in supporting individuals and couples who find themselves stuck in repeated arguments, escalating conflict, or cycles of blame. I have completed specialist training in Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) for couples, an approach that supports partners in developing a greater capacity to understand both their own and each other’s thoughts and feelings, especially during times of tension or misunderstanding. Strengthening this capacity can help reduce conflict and foster more secure and reflective ways of relating.
I am especially interested in working with individuals and couples navigating divorce and separation. This can be a complex and emotionally charged time, often involving grief, uncertainty, and difficult decisions. Therapy can provide a space to process these experiences, reflect on the relationship, and consider how to move forward with greater clarity.
I offer an initial consultation where we can think together about what has brought you to therapy, what you might hope to gain, and whether working together feels right for you.
