I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to assist you in reaching a better understanding of yourself and your relationship while developing a more creative way of relating and allowing room for lasting change.

I am very experienced in short term solution focused as well as open ended work and have worked with a diverse range of clients. Issues explored with clients include difficulties communicating, high conflict, fear of difference, infidelity, grief, loss, infertility, the impact following the birth of a child, sexual difficulties, parenting issues, empty nest syndrome, depression, trauma, anxiety, identity, sexual identity and fluidity.

Training and Qualifications

Trained and worked at the Tavistock Relationships (previously known as Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships), a world renowned institute in the field of relationship therapy.
Completed a PG Dip in Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy (TR and UEL).
Registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
Completed professional training course in Somatic Trauma Therapy Training with Babette Rothschild

Psychosexual Therapy

Psychosexual therapy is an integrative approach which combines talking therapy with behavioural therapy. It can take place on an individual basis or with a partner. It will involve an assessment of the sexual issue (including any associated medical factors) whilst exploring further how the relationship, sexual development and personal history may be affecting the sexual issue. Behavioural exercises may be discussed in the sessions, which will then be carried out at home to help the individual or couple address their sexual difficulties.
