Building connection and improving intimacy

Our romantic relationships can bring us such joy but the challenges of being with a partner can be hard to navigate and, if left unchecked, these difficulties can damage and erode our relationships – sometimes permanently. Our expert therapists, Karen Austin and Yanni Spiro, have worked with couples and relationships for many years and have distilled their insights, learning and experience into this exclusive couples workshop, designed to help you and your partner rediscover each other and reconnect, understand your relationship, improve your communication and build trust and intimacy.

In a small group setting (maximum of 7 couples) in our beautiful Marylebone rooms, our expert couple therapists will guide you through an engaging and informative afternoon with lunch and refreshments included. Our specially curated teaching and activities* focus on:

o   Understanding yourself and your relationship

o   Learning effective communication techniques

o   Resolving conflict

o   Deepening intimacy

o   Reigniting your sexual spark

You will leave the day with tools and insights to help you navigate your challenges and some new perspectives to help you build a stronger, lasting relationship. Places are limited so book early to secure your place.

*Some group activities for shared learning, some more personal with just your partner

Psychosexual Therapy

Psychosexual therapy is an integrative approach which combines talking therapy with behavioural therapy. It can take place on an individual basis or with a partner. It will involve an assessment of the sexual issue (including any associated medical factors) whilst exploring further how the relationship, sexual development and personal history may be affecting the sexual issue. Behavioural exercises may be discussed in the sessions, which will then be carried out at home to help the individual or couple address their sexual difficulties.
